Arrival: You should schedule your flights to arrive to Bogotá Airport (BOG) by Friday, February 19, 2027. The first activity that day will be at approximately 5:30pm.
Departure: You should schedule your flights to depart from Cartagena Airport (CTG) at any time on February 28, 2027 or after. Check out time from the hotel is 11:00am.
A passport, which is valid for six months after your last date of travel, is required for this trip.
United States and Canadian passport holders may travel to Colombia without a visa and stay for up to 90 days. Residents of other countries should consult with their home country state department or Colombian consulate or embassy.
This package includes an arrival transfer from the Bogotá Airport (BOG) to the Sofitel Bogotá Victoria Regia Hotel and a departure transfer from the Bastión Luxury Hotel to the Cartagena Airport (CTG). If you extend your stay at these properties, transfers will still be included. Contact our team or your travel agent to ensure arrangements outside of these arrival and departure transfers will be included. Booked guests should provide their arrival and departure details 45 days prior to the trip to ensure transfer availability.
We will make every effort to accommodate special dietary requests. Please inform our office at least 45 days prior to departure of these requests.
Gratuities are customary expressions of appreciation for a job well done. It is our goal to ensure that the service you receive is as wonderful as the sites you visit. Gratuities for the included portions of this program have been pre-paid. At your own discretion you may choose to provide additional tips.
Excursions during your travel program will be led by expert English speaking local guides. Utilizing wireless audio guides enables you to hear every word of your travel guide at absolutely all times. It provides maximum flexibility and convenience without missing a moment of fascinating commentary and is compatible with hearing aids.
The excursions are rated in difficulty based on the type and condition of the terrain, possible ascent/decent height as well as the total distance walked.

All included excursions in this trip will range between very easy to hard. The most difficult is due to sometimes mountainous steep terrain and altitude. If you need accommodations based on your abilities, contact Brand g prior to booking this travel program.
You are on vacation and the last thing we want to impose is a dress code. We will however appreciate you wearing more than a thong or mankini. Be as dressed up or down as you see fit as long as you are comfortable and dress appropriately for changeable weather. We do suggest a few smart casual outfits for dinners.
If specific clothing is required e.g. when visiting cold or tropical climates or a place of worship on a tour, we will specifically let you know prior to travel.
Most US travelers are covered by routine vaccinations. US citizens should consult the Centers for Disease Control website http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/ or your health care provider for vaccination requirements and recommendations. Citizens of all other countries should consult their government’s national disease center or their physician. Clinics like Passport Health, CostCo and others offer travel medicine, a pre-packaged service that will offer recommendations, vaccinations and prescriptions for a given destination.

Itinerary arrival and departure times are always subject to change without notice. Travel Professionals
Travel agents are considered to be the agent of guest and not of Carrier. Carrier is not liable for any representation, act or omission of Guest’s travel agent. Guest’s fare is not considered paid until Carrier receives full payment, and the amount thereof is subject to change at any time prior to Carrier’s receipt of payment. Guest shall at all times remain liable to Carrier for the price of passage. Carrier reserves the right to refuse travel if all charges and surcharges have not been paid in advance of departure.
Deposit/Final Payment
To reserve your tour, a $1,500 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. A second deposit of $1,500 per person is due 180 days prior to the trip start (8/23/2026). Full payment is due no later than 120 days prior to departure (10/22/2026). Guests will not be permitted to change travel agents once final payment has been received. Final documentation will be issued after receipt of final payment and approximately 30 days prior to tour. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date, and are guaranteed only when paid in full 120 days prior to tour. Reservations made within 120 days of tour require full payment within seven days of booking or sooner, as specified by Brand g Vacations. Payments may be made by AMEX / VISA®/ MasterCard® or DISCOVER®.
Cancellations/Refunds
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or any component thereof, you or your travel professional are required to contact Brand g Vacations directly by telephone as well as submit your cancellation in writing. Refunds are subject to the schedule below regardless of suite/cabin resale and cancellation charges may not be converted to future tour credits:

By booking passage on this program, the guest represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel, and that the guest will comply at all times with applicable rules and regulations of the guides.
Baggage
Airlines are strict with baggage limitations. Guests are encouraged to contact individual airlines for weight limitations. All baggage must be securely packed, and properly and clearly labeled. Liquid, fragile, perishable and other articles not suitably packed are transported at your own risk. Brand g is not responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any other personal item during air travel or land extension programs.
We recommend that you hand-carry travel documents (passport, visa, cruise tickets), medications and valuables. These items are the full responsibility of the guest at all times. Brand g shall not be responsible for the loss of, or damage to, such personal items.
Travel Documents
All travel documents (air tickets, passport and medical insurance information) are the guest’s responsibility. It is also the guest’s responsibility to obtain any necessary visas and public health documents for all applicable countries and to comply with all customs requirements. Without the required documents, a guest may be denied boarding or accommodations and Brand g Vacations will not make a refund or be otherwise liable to any guest for such denial of boarding or lodging.
In the event that Brand g provides information or advice as to necessary travel documents, visas and medical inoculations, guests are still obligated to verify such information with the appropriate government authorities and we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of such information. Please check with the appropriate consulate for specific requirements. Security measures imposed by governments may change from time to time and each guest will be required to comply with them. As a courtesy, we will endeavor to provide each guest with notice of measures that may affect them, but complying with any such requirements is the sole responsibility of each guest. Please consult your travel professional for advice on such requirements to avoid loss of boarding privileges.
