Most gay bars in Prague tend to be rather pubs, cafe-bars or lounge bars. It is not that common here to stand in crowds at the bar, instead the locals rather sit with friends around the tables. That makes the bars in Prague a great place to meet with friends and have a beer or drink together, but it may be a bit more difficult to get to know other people in the bars. Here is a good online resource for gay/gay friendly cafés and bars: /www.patroc.com/gay/prague/. Please ensure that the venues are operational and open before attending.
