Lisbon is perfect for exploration by foot, but also has a good public and private transport system: taxis, Uber, trams and buses are widely available, so buy a day pass to hop on and off. Here is a link to public transit options.

Enjoy a panoramic tour including the highlights of the city, as well as a visit to the Belem Quarter,: including the Church of Jeronimos Monastery, the outside of Belem Tower and Monument of Discoveries. You have some free time and after have the option of being dropped off in downtown Lisbon (Restauradores Square) for lunch on your own.
