5* Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel Edinburgh

The 5* Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel Edinburgh consists of seven interconnected Georgian townhouses, overlooking one of Edinburgh’s prettiest private garden squares, Charlotte Square is situated in  Edinburgh’s  New Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that’s delightfully removed from the city’s tourist hubs. But it’s inside where things really get interesting. The interior blends handsome woods, plush fabrics, and rich pops of color—and, yes, just a touch of tartan—to luxurious effect. And with a magnetic inner courtyard and an acclaimed Middle Eastern restaurant, it’s no wonder the hotel has become a natural meeting point and a sociable heart of modern life.

BABA is a dining destination in its own right. A bold turquoise palette and eye-popping textiles set the scene for what’s to come: contemporary cocktails and inventive cooking that blends Middle Eastern with Scottish influences. Mezze take center stage here, but a charcoal grill pulls its weight, too, turning out Scottish lamb, beef, and seafood. Locals, who have been flocking here since the restaurant opened, know the secret to the menu: mix, match, and don’t be shy about sharing.

Aizle’s tasting menu are constantly changing to give you a fleeting snapshot of the season. The eight-course tasting menu is £105 per person, with an additional drinks pairing option at £75 per person.

The Garden is the hotel’s central gathering point, and a tranquil oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city. Join us for a meeting with colleagues or a coffee with friends amid the greenery.

Kimpton Spa you will love taking a breather at the Spa at Charlotte Square, where treatments incorporate natural, organic ingredients and products by luxurious skincare lines. Soothing massages feature seaweed-based products by Ishga and luxury organic CBD products.  The Pool and Gym offer the opportunity to exercise. To book email [email protected]
