Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, we have been adjusting our response to the rapidly changing circumstances. Fortunately, the future now looks brighter since international travel has resumed! Yet, we continue to work on contingency plans in the event any of our programs need to be amended, canceled or postponed due to the pandemic.
If your trip is affected, we will do everything we can to minimize the financial impact and inconvenience. This may happen in a variety of ways, such as delaying final payments, loosening our cancellation terms, rescheduling your departure to a new date, providing a credit for future travel, or other solutions based on your individual needs.

Given that the vast majority of our guests appear to fully support the vaccine effort, and because your comfort and safety are of paramount importance to us, we have decided that proof of full Covid vaccination will be required in order to participate in all of our vacations.
Not only is it our feeling that requiring guests to be vaccinated will make everyone safer, but it is our hope that it will allow for much greater freedom. For example, our goal is to reduce mask wearing to an absolute minimum.
Approved vaccines include a double dose of Pfizer, Moderna, or Astra Zeneca with the second shot completed at least 14 days prior to the start of the trip. Or, a single dose of Janssen/Johnson and Johnson at least 28 days prior to embarkation. If, by the start of the trip, it will have been more than 270 days since completing the aforementioned initial doses, you must also complete at least one booster dose a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the trip.
Don’t worry – we’ll send further instructions prior to your trip, letting you know how and when you’ll need to provide us with proof of vaccination.
We hope this policy will be received positively by everyone. But we welcome conversations with anyone who has issue with our position for any reason, and we may consider exceptions for verifiable medical reasons. As you probably know, most travel companies around the world – cruise lines, land tour providers, etc – are making vaccination a requirement, for the safety and peace of mind of their guests.

If the vacation is withdrawn or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, you may either transfer your payments to another Brand g vacation or receive a full refund.

For your security, we adhere to strict “sellers of travel” laws. As required by those laws, we hold all deposits securely in a trust account and only use them to pay for the services associated with your trip, such as hotel and ship charter payments. Your deposits are never used to pay our monthly operating expenses or salaries and we only remove our profits after the trip is complete.
